How to get to Nessebar Border Regulations
A foreign citizen can enter the Republic of Bulgaria on presentation of a valid regular identification document for across-border travelling, as well as a visa for entry, transitting ot stay in the country, when applicable. Visas are not obtained at the checkpoint entering the country.
Visas are not required for citizens of the following countries, and they are permitted a stay of 30 days: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Japan, Israel, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Republic of Korea, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zeeland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Tunisia, USA and Vatican.
Customs Regulations
Across the border passengers may import and export commodities which by their nature, type and quantities are not of commercial nature. These do not include items the passenger carries for personal use and consumption.
